Profiler Operator

We are seeking an experienced Profiler Operator or candidate with a trade background to join a civil and asphalt team on road and infrastructure projects. Training will be provided on site.

This role includes AM and PM shifts.


Key Responsibilities

- Operate road profiling / milling machinery (training provided if needed)
- Remove existing asphalt and concrete surfaces to project specifications
- Work with dump trucks, labourers, and traffic control teams
- Complete daily pre-starts and basic machine checks
- Follow all site safety and traffic management procedures


About You

- Trades background or construction/civil experience required
- Previous profiler operating experience (preferred but not essential)
- Construction White Card mandatory
- Manual driver’s licence required
- Pass drug and alcohol testing
- Strong safety awareness, reliable, and team-focused
